Studio Alyssum is open from Monday through Saturday, offering a delivery service each day. We cannot arrange for delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays*.
Same Day Delivery – Cut off is 11am.
**Please note if you need to make an order after the cut off times detailed above, please give our friendly staff a call as in some cases we can accommodate late orders.
Studio Alyssum delivers to business addresses by 5pm, residential addresses by 6pm and school addresses by 3pm.
CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS
At Studio Alyssum we pay particular attention to the quality and freshness of the flowers you are sending or receiving. We buy from top quality flower suppliers.
Once we dispatch a delivery of flowers a number of changes in conditions can occur that affect their longevity.
Most flowers will last between five and seven days. Should your flowers not last for at least three days, Studio Alyssum will resend a new display of fresh flowers.
It is our policy that we collect the original flowers that you received to assess the cause of the problem and poor vase life. We cannot arrange a new replacement delivery of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are not available for collection.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, 24 hours notice must be given and your money will be refunded in full. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded less a $10 Admin/Processing fee. Please note we are unable to cancel your order once it has been prepared or is with our delivery drivers.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION & AVAILABILITY
Please note that all flowers and products are subjected to seasons and/or availability. If certain flowers and/or products are not available at the point of purchase, Studio Alyssum will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value. Please note that containers, vases and other packaging materials may change due to supplier issues.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
The site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
