• Can I receive a sample of my flowers before committing to my order?Unfortunately we don't send samples, however we do send videos of your flowers before posting to ensure you are happy with everything.
• Do I need a theme or vision for my day?No, not at all.
  We do suggest though that you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options when it comes to wedding flower design. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction.
  You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We’ve managed many weddings and know our local venues incredibly well. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling ideas as well.
• Is there a minimum spend?No, we don't have a minimum spend! We love working with brides who are either eloping or having a small wedding.
• Will you deliver my flowers on the day?Delivery is via Australia Post. Please let us know if there is a specific time you'd like to receive everything by so we can keep delivery time frames in mind with Australia Post.
• Can I add items after I'm booked in?Absolutely. We understand that ideas change and inspiration grows as your wedding date comes closer (most couples book 6-18mths in advance). You're welcome to add items as you wish however no more than 10% can be deducted from the quote agreed upon in your contract.
• I'm after a really specific flower selection, is this ok?We never promise our brides any particular flowers. We're working with mother nature and seasonal availability as well as market availability and importing issues. We would hate to disappoint you in the case we can't source the product. Instead, we urge our clients to focus on an overall aesthetic - a vibe that you want your space to feel. We take into account your preferred flowers and do our best to source them. As the experts, we'd love to open your eyes into the world of flowers + design.
• Do you use fresh flowers?At this stage we no longer create fresh flower arrangements for weddings. We use silk and real-touch flowers only, however if you are local to the Yarrawonga area and your budget is > $8k, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss further.
