Thank you for choosing Studio Alyssum.

Every arrangement is thoughtfully made to order in our studio before being carefully packed and shipped to its new home. All arrangements are made to order, so please allow time for us to create your order before it's dispatched.

Production Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made before shipping.

During busy periods, new product launches or seasonal events, production times may be slightly longer. If this is the case, we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping times are provided by our delivery partners and are in addition to our production timeframe.

While we take great care in packing every order, delivery timeframes are outside of our control and may vary depending on your location.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, we'll package everything together where possible to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.

If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we're happy to arrange separate shipping for an additional postage fee. Simply email us at hello@studioalyssum.com.au.

Wedding Orders

Wedding flowers follow individual production timelines discussed during the booking process.

Your completed florals will be carefully packed and shipped approximately one month before your wedding date, giving you plenty of time to unpack, style and be organised before your celebration.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.

A Note About Delivery

Our arrangements are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

When your flowers arrive, you may simply need to gently separate and style the stems after removing them from the box. This is completely normal and allows your arrangement to look its best once displayed. Petals can be gently steamed if they arrived slightly squished from transit.
